This letter was one I had waited three months for, and it determined the next year of my life...
I had wanted to be an exchange student badly, since 6th grade. I didn't have a preference as to where I would go, but I just wanted to see the world. I called Rotary and started digging for information. I had to trust these people with my life and as time went on I grew to love all the members of Rotary. I had so much support from Tami, my family, and friends. After a couple palm sweating and heart racing interviews, along with a a huge packet which required tremendous time, and many headaches, I was on my way. I was finally accepted into the program, and now in exactly 7 days, I am headed off to Austria. In the words of Bilbo Baggins "I'm going on an adventure!"
I am safe and alive J my language camp starts soon, so I will not be able to do the blog for a couple weeks. I love my host family, I will fit right in J
